Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. After 30 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable. This includes perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are instances where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your PayPal account or the original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Check your PayPal account again.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Contact PayPal, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at and ship your item to: {physical address}.


If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
